Sending email
If you have an email account with us, we only send mail to you. Your existing internet service provider (ISP) is still used to send all your emails from your computer to the outside world.

If you are having trouble sending emails from your own computer, you will need to check with your ISP (ie. Bigpond, Optusnet, iiNet etc) to make sure you have your outgoing mail settings correctly set up.

Managing your mail account settings online
All our email accounts are being upgraded to the new Plesk system. This has allowed us to use a dedicated server just for email, and to provide you with your own control panel for mail.

You can now add an edit email accounts as you need to, change passwords yourself, adjust your spam settings and use many more features. The list below is a series of flash tutorials on the Plesk website that guide you through the setting up and editing of all the possible email features.
