Bizar Software Pty Ltd was formed in October 2000. With the help of venture capital from around the world, Bizar released the first version of its Bizar Shop software in July 2001.

Bizar Shop has gone on to be downloaded tens of thousands of times and is in use by many companies around the World.

2006 saw Bizar purchase Adroit Internet Solutions, which was one of Melbourne’s larger website development companies and a heavy user of Bizar Shop.

The purchase of Adroit has allowed Bizar to focus more heavily on website development and hosting, as opposed to mainly engaging in software development.

Today, Bizar builds powerful, scalable websites using Bizar Shop as the 'engine' to provide functionality. This means that rather than having to rely on poorly developed third party applications, all sites are constructed using the company’s own software that has cost over a million dollars to produce over a seven year period.
